With a true cabin-in-the-woods feel, Remington Place Apartments provides a fantastic wooded landscape, with beautiful Lake Johnson Park bordering the community! But while Remington Place resembles a vacation resort, we are in Downtown Raleigh just minutes from major attractions and destinations, including North Carolina State University which is less than two miles from Remington Place. We are also minutes from North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences, PNC Arena, and the North Carolina Museum of Art. But this is more than a great location - Remington Place offers fantastic views, private balconies/patios, oversized closets, two dog parks, a resort-style swimming pool, and a fitness center.

I found the environment very pleasant. The layout of the property and my apartment wasjust what I needed.
I've only had a few issues with the apartment, which at first were frustrating but the maintenance and management service was very good in my opinion, and they got my issues taken care of promptly. I didn't give an excellent rating because of a few things that I remain unsatisfied about -- some are not 'fixable' by anyone. One unfixable thing is a lack of sunlight into our apartment. One fixable thing is the terrible sound of the A/C units outside my balcony that makes it unpleasant out there.
I really like living here.
Great place to live. Management is super friendly and knows everyone. Maintenance is always quick to respond. Best value for a great location. Spacious apartments
Miss online bill pay service from last apartment complex owner. After ten years, I'm almost priced out of living in my apartment. It would be nice to receive an affordable offer upon renewal. Free internet would be nice since no one really uses the dog parks because Lake Johnson is nearby. Apartment events...like a book club to encourage a more communal environment (or maybe a DVD rental service. Salt down before it snows/ices, please. The parking lot is always a mess.
