I've lived at Quail Ridge for 5 years. I would like to see more upgrades in the section of the complex where I stay. The front of Quail Ridge is kept beautiful but when you get to the back it's like you are in a different community.

The customer service I receive here is absolutely phenomenal. The ladies in the office are always pleasant and very helpful. Quail Ridge has set the bar pretty high.

I really wish we didn't have so many "patch up" jobs done around the apartments. If I could send pics you would be AMAZED.

It sounds like there have been some maintenance items that didn't meet your desired outcome as far as repair, but there's no reason we can't try to change that. Even better than pictures, let's take a look at the exact problems together in person when you have time, and try to find replacement options that you will be beyond satisfied with. I'm certain there are a number of possibilities and ways to exceed your expectations!
