The current management seems to be more on the ball than past managements. The entire complex is constantly improving and my rating will go up to 'Excellent' if trends continue.

The quality of renters is getting better from where it used to be. Upgrades have been done to cabinets and exterior which is nice. Maintinance staffs is quiet and not very personable.

I had a GREAT experience living at Oak City!! The office staff and maintenance crew were always quick and respectful and they really took the time to get to know their residents. I would definitely recommend living here.

So far it is a good apartment complex. In a great location, close to everything. Public Transportation is another great part of location. If I have any issues with my apartment, it is taken care in a timely manner

I enjoy my apartment here at OCA. The staff are friendly and helpful. The make an effort to get to know all their tenants. There are always events and appreciation days throughout each month. My apartment is quaint, the neighborhood is nice, price is reasonable, and location is universal.
