This is a great place to live. Quiet , peaceful.
Office staff and maintenance very accommodating.
Been here since 2013. Would be nice if they had senior citizen rates since the rent increases annually but social security checks dont.
Grounds not kept as nice as in the beginning.
Pool closed too often and opens late in the season . Closes too early for the fall while its still hot. Finding newer tenants tend to litter and dont clean up after their dogs. Love my apt and neighbors.

Serious bug problem. Not rosches or anything but lots of outside bugs. The paint job is terrible. Maintenance will take forever to fix your things. My 85 year old downstairs neighbor told the apartment that I had a dog, WHICH I DIDNT. The office staff came in my home with my knowledge or consent without asking to look around to see if it was true. There was also a shooting that happened in the neighborhood. I wouldn't recommend anyone move in there.

I read a review from 2013, I rented in 2017 and I could almost write the exact same review. The apartment is ok, but not at all like the model you are shown. I actually hated my stay here, because the upstairs neighbors jumped and ran all the time and I couldn't come 'home' to a peaceful environment. Bug issues and the outdated aged apartment is not worth the rent at all. It's almost like living in a section 8 residence, except the staff does ensure rent is not late, and your concerns are addressed within a few days. Nothing special here when compared to the price of the apartment. Spend an extra $100, and get an updated home with less bugs, even if the apartment is smaller it's worth it.

Most impressive was the separation of living space and shared walls which made the noise from other apartments non-existent.

It is safe, for the most part quiet and peaceful. As for the staff, they try hard to provide us with swift solutions to any arising problems rather it be complaints or any repairs needed at the apartment. As the winter moves in we hope that the staff will make sure that our walkways are clear of slip hazards (i.e. Snow or Ice). Overall we've been here for a good while and I do not currently have any issues with living here.
