    Just moved in to my townhome. The location is so convenient to North Hills and Downtown. My home is so spacioius and the landscape is beautiful The maintenance people are visible and friendly. Everything is good here!

    I moved in the first of August and love the location and easy access to all the places I love to go whether it's disc golf, a bike ride on the greenway, North Hill/Downtown or up the road to see my family near Wake Forest, it only takes me a few minutes to get there. The townhouse is spacious and my dog loves our new pad. I haven't had any issues and the move in process was really great.

    Although this is a nice area and close to North Hills, the units aren't worth the price. There are no amenities here except a small fenced area for dogs. There is no consistency here from management or maintenance. Parking is ridiculous! Each unit is assigned one space but there are residents who have 2 or 3 vehicles and they fight to get a space that's reserved for visitors. There have been 5 different management companies since 2019 and none of them have proven to be good. The new management company is leasing to a younger crowd and it's no longer peaceful here.
