A year ago I wouldve rated this a place a 5! It has gone down tremendously. The dog park looks nothing like the photos seen on line. Its completely covered in feces and the grass is poorly maintained. If planning a tour, try looking in the other buildings besides the one they use as models and ask to see the dog park near the pool. You will see for yourself. It used to look great when we 1st moved in a year ago. The pool area still looks great though. The Valet Trash Company is definitely the worst company. They drag the trash through the hallways leaving trails of nastiness and grease from your door all the way out to the sidewalk. Its quite disgusting. Trash cans around the property are overfilled with bags of feces.

I do see a member of the office staff picking up trash in the parking lot though. Its sad to see residents just treating, what used to be a gorgeous community, like its a landfill. Its past midnight right now and there are still people in the clubhouse when the clubhouse is supposed to be closed. Where is security?

Ive tried reaching out to management staff about some of the issues that is destroying this community, but not one reply back.

We really do love this community and were being patient with the new management but residents really need to see something done now to reassure us that things are gonna get better. The palm trees in the pool is a nice touch, but I think accountability is what is going to fix this place. Not re-landscaping the pool area. Im afraid if something isnt gonna happen here soon, this place is going to lose the good tenants. Legacy across the street may be more expensive but at least their property is kept up and the recent reviews from their residents is proof they are being taken care of. I dont understand why our community cant have those types of reviews. Im hoping things change here quickly, because this place is beautiful and quite frankly, Im really not in the mood to move.

I want to say that Michelle and the new staff at Maystone are excellent! She is working so very hard to create a cleaner, nicer community. Since she has started at Maystone, the overall atmosphere has changed. The staff is wonderful and friendly and always willing to help if needed. I think overall, since Michelle and her team have come on board, Maystone will continue to feel like home again. It's a beautiful community!

Ive lived here for 3 years and Im moving out as soon as possible. Unfortunately what was once a nice complex has definitely gone downhill. The newest residents dont care about the property and it looks trashy and unkept. Im hoping that the new management will turn this place around but Im not staying. Very disappointed.

This place has really gone downhill and I'm trying to move out as soon as possible. The management had been open about being low on money to provide the amenities promised when I moved in. Being that it's a new complex, there are a lot of units to fill. The newest residents are destroying the comfort and appeal this community once had. They're living 8 to an apartment, driving trashed vehicles, hanging around outside in groups staring at you as you walk by. Just in the last two days a car and two bikes were stolen. Keep in mind, these residents are living in the building that most recently opened up at the very back of the community, so that's where it looks like a completely different place.

The gate has been broken for over a month and management can't tell us when it will be fixed. They "amenities" are not as they seem. You can only use the sauna during office hours because it was getting damaged and they couldn't afford to keep fixing it. So, now it's practically unavailable...unless you work outside the hours of 8-5. The gym looks nice, but under further inspection, is a joke. There used to be mats and balls (that went flat and then disappeared) that are no longer there. The equipment doesn't have all of the attachments needed to get a good workout. There's supposed to be a car wash; the space is built and has been for almost a year, but there is no water hooked up.

Management turns over like crazy andnime of them comes across as competent or concerned about their residents. I'm not a nagging resident; I visited the office twice in the last two weeks to ask about the pool opening and was treated as a nuisance by two different people.

At one point I felt safe and proud to live here. Now, my fiancee and I are looking at leaving, even if that means we have to pay two rents for a few months. For the meantime, we are installing security cameras so have some sense of security.
