The apartment itself is spacious, the grounds are maintained well, service work is handled quickly, the staff is courteous and patient, and the apartment rent rates aren't raised significantly each year.

The community is clean, neighbors are considerate and maintenance responses are quick. My experience has been nothing short of pleasant. The location is near everything I patronize [within a 10 min drive]. I love the fact that there's assigned parking. The section I am in also is very quiet.

Apartment itself is great. Assigned parking is also nice. You always have a guaranteed parking spot, but only one per apartment. The most frustrating thing to me, is that it is advertised that we have access to grills. Well the two charcoal grills are inside of the bark park, where people take their dogs to run, and I really don't want to cook around other people's dogs and dog poop. The two gas grills are in the pool area, but you can't be in the pool area unless the pool is open. So in the Spring, when it's warm outside but not quite time for the pool to be open, you can't use the grills. You're not even allowed to be in the pool area for any reason if the pool is closed, not even to lay out, which is very frustrating.

Management/Staff have been super accomodating, the area is a great locale and the area is quiet at night, which has been a nice change for me and my roommates, personally.
