The apartment itself is spacious, the grounds are maintained well, service work is handled quickly, the staff is courteous and patient, and the apartment rent rates aren't raised significantly each year.
The community is clean, neighbors are considerate and maintenance responses are quick. My experience has been nothing short of pleasant. The location is near everything I patronize [within a 10 min drive]. I love the fact that there's assigned parking. The section I am in also is very quiet.
Staff is friendly. Residents are quiet and cordial. Grounds are impeccably maintained. Maintenance responds very quickly.
The Mayfaire staff is helpful and friendly. The complex is well maintained and you really a feel sense of community here. The apartment s are spacious and clean. Best renting experience I've ever had!
