Multiple buildings have been without hot water for a week now with zero communication from the staff. A WEEK. Unacceptable. Do NOT rent here. Literally the worst place I've ever lived. I'm instantly in a bad mood as soon as I am on the property.
I would have looked at the apartments but they do not have washer/dryer connections or units in the apartments and that eliminates them automatically.
I have experienced the complex laundry set up and
will not do it again if at all possible. The rents are good, the size is good but they need to find a way to have W/D connections in the apartments at least. They are not considered by many just for that reason.
For the apartment itself, there's a lot that could be improved. Drawers, cabinets, and doors are not built appropriately to the point where such things do not cannot stay closed. Painting job a bit sloppy at some points. By default, kitchen storage is an issue due to awkward size of the cabinets and inability to adjust anything.
The staff are okay, but not great. There have been times where I thought communication could have been better. There were also times where it felt like I received a lot of unnecessary attitude when trying to pick up a package. The community manager seems great in my limited interactions with her.
Would NOT recommend. Air conditioning leaks from ceiling. Roaches everywhere. Plumbing needs fixed and never gets fixed. Maintanance crew is so bad they are almost nonexistant.
I would pick up and RUN. My dad was put into an apartment that had fire damage and we did not know. After 2 years everything turned black. They gave him another apartment and made him sign a new lease. He hates this apartment Maintenance is very BAD. CANT GET ANYTHING DONE
