Apartment manager is very disrespectful and finds ways to nickel and dime residents where ever they can. Location is poorly kept. Amenities are barely accessible.

If I could give a ZERO I would. Don't move here I have literally been here two months and its been nothing but a headache. Once you sign the lease they completely ignore your complaints or requests which are valid and just collect a rent check. My washer wouldn't work and they refused to come in and take a look. My dishwasher still doesn't work- they have lost their set of maintenance keys to my place not once but twice this place SUCKS. Save yourself and live someplace else. Literally any place is better than here!

Please do not choose to live here. Twice the property did work on my unit and both times my unit was left unlocked and the second time the door was left wide open to storage until. All they know how to do is apologize and keep it moving. Do yourself a favor and choose another community.

Let me say it started off Rocky this year but they have really done their job in going through a flood let me say that new management (Rebecca) went over and beyond to make sure me and my children were taking care of any request I have gotten done in a timely manner my kids love the community and I can feel safe knowing they are handling the property as it should have been they moved the problems and I am so much at ease no issues that were not handle if your looking for a family environment this will be a great choice thanks for everything Morgan Properties
