The staff are superb and maintenance is great. They know me by name and they always speak when I enter the office. They were a great help to me in my transitioning to this property and I am thankful to stay here.
The office staff and maintenance staff are top notch! The apartment buildings are older, but well maintained. The pool is always well kept, clean surroundings. The utilities are inexpensive. Concord is a great place to call "HOME"
Went last weekend to look at an apartment. The guy in the office looked uninterested in talking to us. We asked to see a 2 bedroom. The guy said that he couldnt show us the apt because its against fair housing laws to show an apt an hour before closing and that he could lose his job if he did. (They closed at 5pm and we arrived at 4:03pm). Not only did he lie, he lost out on his commission. Will never go back.
So this community was great! Wonderful staff and maintenance was okay. They have always opened the pool early May. Now they changed companies and it is taking forever for the pool to open. I was told early May and now maybe not till June. You would think if a company is taking over they would care about the residents and know what is important to making their life happier. The sad part is I talked to two of the people from the new owners and got two different answers. At least be on the same page. One was a regional and another was a manager at a different property. Disappointed with first impression.
2 out of 3 office staff are great new lady sometimes answers questions she knows not the answer to.
