Here are just a few reasons why if youre considering moving here you should do yourself a favor and look elsewhere:

1- Pricing: When we moved here in 2015 our 13 month lease was $685 a month. Great deal! 2016 it was increased to $800. Then in 2017 it was increased to $915. Now for 2018s renewal on a 12 month lease is $1,050 for the smallest unit they have,Id hate to see what they are gouging for a 2 bedroom . Each new lease increased our monthly payment an additional $115. This isnt necessarily a bad thing if improvements to the community reflected the increase. The only difference now is a trash valet service and a backsplash over our oven. The valet trash service isnt complimentary as it is included in the rent. So it isnt as if they used the yearly $1,380 increase to offer a complimentary service reflective of the dramatic increase in pricing.
2- Valet Trash Service- Youre basically at the whim of the trash collector as to whether they are going to remove the trash bags. Sometimes they collect, sometimes not and interestingly enough theyll sometimes take one bag and leave the other.
3- Parking: Its honestly a free-for-all. For the 3+ years we have lived here management has assured us steps would be taken to remedy this and yet its still a frustrating problem. Residents guests are supposed to use the overflow parking area. Rest assured they do not. If you work late or have a night out and return later than 9p.m. good luck finding a spot to park. Every apartment should have marked, indicated spots. Even if every apartment was alotted just one space, it would dramatically help the situation.
4- The Pool: Management in another review referred to the pool as a great size for a small community. This would be true except that many people who use our pool do not live in our community. Countless times we have seen people crossing the street from several of the neighboring communities and use the pool. There is no system in place to monitor.
