Under new management! Centerpoint/Westdale doesn't care about residents just the $$$$$. Previous management were like family and there were monthly events, not now! A lot of new rules attached with big $$$$$ to it. The staff made 3 errors so far in my records, not sure if intentional but I am worried about them damaging my records or credit so I recorded the incident for future proof if needed. A lot of crime in our area bc of new tenants with very disturbing behaviors. Reported but still letting them live in our area to our detriment. Concern bc we are very diligent, a responsible couple who pays bills before the first of each month but they manage to screw us up anyway. I think it's a tactic for everyone to move out so they can raise rents. Almost everyone is experiencing this. ALL RESIDENTS ARE TALKING AND PLANNING TO BAN TOGETHER TO DO SOMETHING IF THIS CONTINUES. My husband and I invested in over $100.00 in building custom-made Lucy's booth and Snoopy's house for December's children event bc management asked for help and nothing yet bc she keeps saying too busy. For now, this is my review.
