Staff is relatively nice, courteous, but problems don't get resolved quickly.
It took 10 days to get air conditioning fixed in 90 -100 degree weather at which time I was displaced due to excessive heat. Called to receive compensation, no response, and continues to ignore my calls.
I have mold in the bathroom drawers and under the sink, a bad/over-whelmeing smell lingers. I've complained twice in a month and a half. No response. Still have mold, and now headaches. It is noisy, it doesn't have good insulation, and you can hear everything. (Thankfully my neighbors are relatively aware of the thin walls) The pool is nice. I'd like to recommend this place, but due to the lack of quality & timely service, I wouldn't recommend it. I can't live in my apartment due to the mold, and have been staying with friends and family. I loved this place when I first moved in, but now it's basically a storage facility.

We live in a 3rd floor apartment, and received 5 noise complaints from the people who live below us in less than 3 months for "loud footsteps." The complex called us for every one of them, instead of explaining to the submitter that footsteps are considered, per the lease agreement, as "normal" noise. When we complained that we were not satisfied with how they handled the complaints, the office staff suggested we buy an area rug. That's not acceptable. They should have installed better insulation. Our 1-bedroom apt only has 2 windows in the entire place. It's very dark. The towel rack and toilet paper holder break off the wall frequently. These apartments were very clearly built way too quickly and cheaply. The apartment staff tried to get us in trouble for having too many guests at the pool - when in fact, we didn't exceed the amount of guests allowed, and they never even asked us if we had guests - they sent a chastising email without asking any questions first. I have to say, the maintenance staff is great - very responsive.
