Changed management now they SUCK... Johnathan is great, but the girls in the office are horrible people, they dont even try to help you. Office hours are horrible Monday-Friday 9-5 really? Its impossible to get any packages that you missed. The laundry room is often down with no notice, imagine dragging your clothes down a hill to wash and seeing an out of order notice on the door. They do not communicate anything with their residents. Also Ive had so many issues with my apartment many that were talked about when I first moved in and NONE are fixed.... my front door doesnt even close all the way, I have to lock it or it doesnt close... for the price this place is completely not worth it, they dont care about their residents at all

Management has changed since I moved into the complex. I loved it at first. It's a seemingly nice and quiet environment. Since then I've had to have my a/c worked on 5 times, and it still doesn't work like it should. My energy bill is outrageous due to it being constantly on, but they don't care. I have also heard some scratching noises in the ceiling, and put in a ticket weeks ago. After calling the office and losing my cool, I have still yet to hear anything about this. I was email corresponding with one of the guys in the rental office, he just stopped responding. New management has changed office hours, so the office is essentially inaccessible if you work during the week. You have to leave a message and wait for someone to call you back. I have contacted them several times to no avail. I was going to stay after my lease ended, but that is out of the question now. I can't even be comfortable in my home.

Tenants upstairs making extremely way to much noise and told office and still haven't seen any results. Tenant keeps making to much noise. My first apartment to I had was good and very quite. Tenants upstairs were good, you could still hear them but it is normal living on the first floor, you should expect some noise but the tenants now are just terrible. If they don't do something about it, I will be moving out.
