Property sucks since take over by cortland
Our experience with BELLS FALLS RIVER was always excellent. Customer service was great, our maintenance needs were met on time. Since Cortland took over a few months ago, the entire community has gone downhill. While the exterior appearance has been upgraded, there is less focus on customer satisfaction and about the well-being of current tenants. The main focus is on getting new renters. We will be leaving soon and will tell every one we know to steer clear.
Horrible expierance. I tell everyone I know knot to live therefore
Maintenance is rude. A man by the name of Willis told me and my room mate that even though we pay monthly to stay in an apartment home, its still "their" apartment and then proceeded to use a universal key to enter our apartment at 8 am in the morning waking both of us up and standing at my door while I was half naked still in PJs wiping crust out my eyes. I asked for a few minutes to gather myself as well as move my bed since the work that needed to be done required me to move my bed. All I got were eye rolls and nasty attitudes in return and a refusal to leave my apartment when asked stating "I'm not going anywhere" I literally had to threaten to call police and indeed called the front office and at that point he decided to leave, a complete invasion of privacy and the complex isn't the best at holding to they're word when they say they're going to do something.
neighbors can easily be heard and don't take pride in the neighborhood when it come to their pets
