    I have been living at the Atria at Crabtree apartments for about a month now. I have to take the time to tell others who are looking for an apartment in Raleigh that I couldnt be happier than I am here! From the get go, in the looking stage, then into the lease signing, moving in, and now living there I have had beyond exceptional service from the Leasing Agents, Managers, Maintenance staff, and everyone I have dealt with. To get a level of service like this, plus live in a beautiful apartment where I feel safe, its quiet, and reasonable rent compared to other communities in the area (and believe me I looked, and looked, and looked some more before choosing The Atria), I feel like I hit the Lottery as far as choosing the perfect place to live! Thank you to all who have gone out of their way to make my new home feel like home! Still not knowing all the names but Aster, Warren, Delsen, Dwayne, Anthony, and the ever so sweet lady at the front desk should be commended for their great customer service, not just once in a while, but always!

    Ive lived in Atria at Crabtree for 3 months and Ive had a issue every month since living here. Roaches, brown water, and pipes Bursting leaving a hole in the roof of my bedroom. Management gave a nonchalant attitude towards my concerns. If Im paying 1000 rent I just feel that the apartment should of been inspected before taking my money and allowing me to move in

    We just moved into this place from another Raleigh apartment that was new, much more expensive and snobby management. What a difference here! The location is so convenient and the property is gorgeous driving in with so many beautiful tree-not lie the newer place we just left with hardly any landscape at all. While this is an older community, the quality of people at the office and the the space in our two bedroom is phenomenal- it just doesn't compare. We are avid bikers and enjoy the easy access to the Raleigh Greenway. That is a huge plus! Happy to call Atria Crabtree our new home..
