Thanks for the great review Annie! We hope you are taking advantage of the fitness classes in the yoga room, if not you should check them out! This month it's Tuesdays (full body) and Saturdays (yoga).

Wonderful place to live. Spacious 2 bedroom compared to properties close by. Management and other staff are excellent as well.

Loud noise from all the traffic and fire engines outside. My bicycle was stolen on the second day here.

I chose to live at 401 because of its proximity to stores, restaurants, etc. and I didn't care when people told me it would be loud. However, I live above Tupelo Honey and every weekend morning they do some kind of power washing of their outdoor seating area at 8am or earlier sometimes. It is ridiculously loud and sounds like it is happening right at my bed. I haven't slept in on a weekend for a long time! And I was told that my apartment was pricier because it faced Cameron Village.

It's quiet and peaceful, tenants and staff are friendly and respectful. Close to stores, walking distance, and bus stop. Covered,gated parking. Events for tenants are planned.
