What Renters Like and Dislike About Raleigh

I live right across main street from popular shopping center. Many good restaurants and bars. Also, 5 grocery stores just minutes away and right off interstate for travel

It is a mixed community and everything is easy to get to. You don't have to go far to get what you wsnty

Nearby stores and shopping centers, well maintained landscaping. Stores have water and ocean views. People are relatively friendly.

This is a townhome neighborhood with Umstead State Park as are backyards. We are close to all the highways and commercial areas but live in a park setting. The homes are well built and soundproof between residents.

I like that it is very family oriented. There is shopping close by. There is easy access to other parts of the city.

It's very quiet neighborhood not a lot of cars you can let your kids outside without boring we have supermarkets close by
