I was seen and treated as a foreigner. She said they will only have a 1-bedroom apartment that would be available by Feb. 1. But the occupants might decide not to leave. That is certainly not a good marketing
statement, and being received as a nuissance.
Keep looking! This place is noisy and there lots of buckets of butt outside.
Response time for availability of apartments was received in a timely manner.
Since Keystone Management became managers of Oakwood Apartments, things have become much better.
When I signed my lease I assume keystone had just taken over and there was a starter manager to get the complex in order. She was very helpful, friendly and knowledgable as I was a single mother and new to the area. Shortly after that a permanent manager came in, she is unpleasant to deal with. Talking to her on the phone she was overly aggressive and demeaning to simple questions or concerns. Talking to her in person she acted as though I was attacking her or trying to get something free.
