Their Pets To Urinate And Leave Feces All Over The Steps And Sidewalks,And Not Clean It Up.
Apartments built to show, but barely usable. Cabinetry plentiful but many shelves out of reach unless using a step stool or over 6'4" tall; kitchen counters look nice but difficult to prepare multiple courses especially if two people want to be involved due to arrangemt and undersizing; sink design with sloped bottom causes many spills and unnecessary splashes; toilets are diminutive and round as opposed to decent height and elongated; shower walls not smooth so suction attachments not usable. Outdoor seating where available is poorly placed, without shade, and too limited which is amplified by rules against personal chairs being left outside of apartment. No outdoor storage facilities for lawn items requiring items to be brought into the apartment for storage. No outside hose bibs to rinse grass clippings, dirt or beach sand from person or property. Common passageways are poorly maintained; lighting timers mostly out of sequence with nighttime hours, filthy floors and walls, vegetation mulching and irrigation mostly neglected or inoperable. Children's playground needs base material fill supplemented. No swings for infants are available. No apartments are available without carpeting. Pool hours in summer should be 6am-9pm; time for maintenance of pool takes away from available time of use. For short term living these units are satisfactory as a bit of inconvenience is easier; however extended stay does not seem encouraged by items mentioned above.
Community used to be very well kept; it has gradually started to decline with obvious signs of diminished care which has also been amplified by the decreased enforcement of policies such as smoking in and near the apartments, excessive dog poop, loud and inconsiderate neighbors, lack of care and subpar landscaping.
Great location, great living spaces and great people
I love living here. Nothing is perfect but this is pretty close. The staff in the leasing office are my FAVORITE!
