Revere at Mooresville

I have lived in more apartments than I care to count at this point and this one is BY FAR the worst. The leasing office will lie directly to your face to get you to sign with them. They slipped in legal documents that were supposed to be shred null and void into my final lease packet trapping me into my lease. Everything is for show they only truly care about renting out more units to put more money in their pockets instead of taking care of those who are already paying to live here. They threaten tenants left and right with eviction who are not deserving of this treatment they leave the property filthy piled high with garbage and then try blaming the tenants for the mess- it was actually the hired valet trash company- and expect the tenants to carry their garbage through construction zones to dispose of it. They CONTINUALLY issue letters of entry into the apartments with less than 24 hours notice making it very difficult for those of us with pets to make arrangements. I could go on and on about how awful they are. Ive met so many people here and dont know one who plans on renewing. They could not care less about the tenants and it is very clear and obvious as a tenant here who has spoken with countless other tenants here that the office staff and whoever else have their friends and family going on all these pages writing reviews for them to help boost their stars. Do yourself a favor and live literally anywhere else. May I suggest the Hawthorne properties.. theyre amazing.

I want to give a big shout out to Sharissa and Cheyenne they really set the bar high when it comes to getting it done. I've been in my apartment for 2 weeks now and enjoy every minute of it. Sharissa the leasing professional was very patient with me when deciding on what floorplan I wanted to choose, because I changed my mind several times. Sharissa is very knowledgeable about the property which made the move in process great. Cheyenne the property manager also deserves some praise as well for her quick response time when I had an issue. All in all the community is amazing. Thanks for all that you girls do !!! SAY YES TO THE ADDRESS

I am pleased and happy at revere at mooresville, I am 83 years old and this is my first apartment I have live in, the staff has handle all my concerns to my satisfaction, also maintenance has been awesome, they are very kind and considerate, I consider each employee a huge 5

Marshetta at the leasing office is AMAZING!! Took the time to show us the various 2 bedrooms so we can visualize our furniture in them. Beautiful complex with the latest amenities. Cannot wait until move-in!!

My husband & I have been living here for two weeks and we are so grateful to the Revere staff as they have made our move and every day since wonderful! We moved from out of state and so glad we found Revere at Mooresville. The amenities are amazing, the apartments are spacious and modern, and the staff is amazing! The surrounding area is great too with multiple restaurants, grocery stories, and things to do.

God awful. They lie through their teeth straight to your face. I began the leasing process with Sharissa and shortly after realizing I was getting differing information I spoke with the leasing manager who told me she was going to scrap everything done so far and take me through the process from the beginning herself to ensure a smooth process. However she wound up including a document signed prior to this conversation in my final documents which includes the construction addendum which states you may not have access to any amenities until after construction has been completed. I did not sign this document with my final package which I read word for word when received due to my previous issues (ie applying for a unit I thought was Pool facing while it in fact wasn’t- had to get this corrected since I didn’t want to pay more for nothing.. was told my pay qualified me for the cheaper units come to find out it didn’t fit the range). I brought my husky puppy with me the first time on the property and she took the full tour with me. I talked to sharissa about how Excited I was about the dog park because she’s obviously very energetic and I work from home and planned to work from the dog park while she around for a couple of hours per weekday.. at the end of the tour she told me the dog park would be completed by the end of June. My lease started June 30th and I couldn’t even tell you where they were going to put the dog park. I went to the office less than a week into my lease to ask where it was supposed to be and they stated the dog park could not be STARTED until the construction on the buildings around it were COMPLETED. Their foundation hadn’t even yet been poured. So sharissa KNEW at the time she told me the park would be COMPLETED by the end of June… 2-3 weeks after the conversation occurred.. that it wouldn’t even be started for months later. So I’m stuck now with a HUSKY PUPPY who was brought over as an EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL and absolutely nowhere no get her energy out. And they have the nerve to mention to me the “NC Law” that they must be leashed at all times. She has too much energy for her not to be allowed to run around EVER. I NEVER would have signed this lease if I had known that my FUR CHILD wasn’t going to be accommodated for. I asked the regional manager what could be done about this situation and LESS THAN A WEEK into my lease they wanted to tell me the only option to get out of it even though the apartments were falsely represented and rented under false pretenses was to pay OVER FOUR GRAND. Not to mention at the same initial meeting sharissa said the pool “should be” completed sometime in July which the leasing manager shortly after stated there’s no way that’s going to happen.. the maintenance guy stated shortly after THAT that they took the men off of that project to further work on the buildings to created more apartment units to lease. So instead of following through on what they’re telling their legally locked in tenants, they’re spending their efforts on what’s going to bring them in more money. I signed a years lease- therefore I’m now paying for FUTURE tenants amenities that I will NEVER have access to. All because they LIED. To. My. Face. Now I’m in here and set up auto pay on my account- they drafted a day earlier than my authorization date causing an extra $150 dollars in fees on top of a ridiculous rent payment. Returned payment late and convenience fee to pay online. DO NOT RENT WITH THESE PEOPLE. They’re slimy liars just trying to make a buck.
