It's been good but changes owners frequently
This is my first apartment, so the quality of the apartment is pretty good. The furnishings are somewhat outdated but nothing too extreme. The area is safe and I haven't had any issues with residents other than noise issues every once in a while (but I do live in an apartment under them).
Neighbors upstairs are desrepectful and are very loud at night.
The walls and ceiling/ floors are paper thin. I can hear bathroom activities, private bedroom activities, fights (all things which i'd say are an invasion of personal privacy); and when a neighbor suffers from insomnia- so do i because i hear them moving around. The prices on rent keep going up- but nothing has changed or improved in the time i've lived here. When i moved in- i would have said it was a good deal- but not now that rent increases have not matched service.
Apartment is outdated and less attractive, for what I am paying; picnic and basketball court needs renovation. Parking is a known issue that management does not want to address, but will happily take our money but show no results from it. You get a Average because of the office staff, they are helpful, caring, and someone you don't mind being around.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
