AWFUL company and complex! STAY AWAY! SLUMLORDS! This place is filthy, dirty, and maintenance is extremely poor. Our house sold faster than expected and we needed a temporary place to live until we found another house to purchase- so we signed a 3 month lease at Abberly Green Mooresville. Moved into this community a few days ago and the carpets and the unit were disgusting. Looked like the carpets had been there for years- in addition to the unit being beat up and overall poor condition. Apparently there have been animals in our apartment unit prior to us (considering the carpet have to be originals!), and have caused my allergies to flare. Im not even able to stay in the apartment currently because it is making me so sick. How theyve handled the situation is a joke- along with their regional director. Whoever is the regional director needs to be fired! I cant even get that persons name and contact info. This place is deplorable- along with the office staff. Im sure they could careless because we only signed a 3 month lease, but we are paying top dollar because of it. You would think that since were paying such an over-inflated cost they would have given us a halfway live-able apartment unit. No wonder they wouldnt let us see it before we signed the lease and moved in. No one in their right mind would agree to live in this filth. My first college apartment was in better shape than this place if that tells you anything!
