Great staff, very friendly and accommodating. I like that simple things like trash, recycling and water are included, makes it more affordable overall. Feel safe in area and incidents are minimal. Floor plans are open and comfortable, makes it easy to create a home for a long-term resident.

Maintenance issues are dealt with in a timely manner. Grounds are kept neat. Residents are pleasant and respectful of each other. Very good value for the money

This place is horrible. Over priced for what you get and the managment here is the worst I have ever seen. They are overly argumentative and the corporate office is made aware of the issues yet ignores any request to fix the issues. Look elsewhere you will be thankful you did.
