Keystone at Mebane Oaks

The horrific construction is a few feet from three of our windows. It begins at 7 am and continues all day long, even on Sundays! There is no break from the incessant loud drills, chain saws, cement trucks. I've had 2 flat tires from nails falling off construction trucks into our parking area. Management seems to care less and raised everyone's rent instead of offering any kind of relief! Not impressed.

Quiet and clean area to live in,have 6 months contract and plan to renew for the year,excellent service from the management team. We recommend it.

Quite complex and friendly staff in the leasing office. Keystone at Mebane Oaks is the best apartment complex Ive lived at to date!

I enjoy living here. It is in a convenient location, there are community areas for people to use, and it is not terribly expensive for what you are given. If you live on the bottom floor the people above you can be pretty noisy, but I suppose that is true for all apartments. Nice windows, nice appliances, there is regular landscaping. The only thing that really bothers me is that they have no recycling, and this means there is more trash than I think they are able to handle sometimes. The compactor is often jammed or full and people will sometimes leave trash in the hallways because of it. Adding some kind of recycling bin could really help with this. As much as I wish everyone would be environmentally friendly, I doubt many residents are driving to their nearest recyclable center. This feels like a big oversight in the 21st century and something Keystone should definitely consider making avaliable to their residents.

Ive been a resident here for almost three years. The team in the leasing office is always very friendly and helpful. The common areas are always kept clean and tidy. Overall, a great experience.
