What Renters Like and Dislike About Matthews

The rent is cheap, I like my particular location for apartments. I like that I'm close to major highways.

Lush, beautiful landscaping with small pond with fountain. Sidewalks throughout most of the neighborhood. Grocery store and drug stores are within walking distance. Tons of shopping and restaurants within 10 minutes drive. CharBar7 is one of my fav restaurants. Two small, quaint, clean towns are within 3 - 5 miles from my neighborhood. A large city (Charlotte, NC is within a 20 minute drive.

It's a cute town nearby are a few big plazas where they have grocery stores and retail shops but there is also the main part of town where they have cute shops, great bars, and restaurants.

there is really nothing to improve ... the collaboration of the children is always more than enough for all

Matthews is home to more than 25,000 residents and allows those living in Matthews apartments the ability to enjoy the space and peace of the suburbs while maintainig proximity to a major city such as Charlotte.

Living in Matthews apartments opens up a world of outdoor recreation. Public parks and greenspace are scattered all across the city and provide a shady spot to enjoy an afternoon picnic. Or, take the kids over to Baucom, Matthews-Sardis, Squirrel Lake and Windsor Parks to stretch their legs on the playground. You can also expect special events, live music and the city's Annual Tree Lighting at Stumptown park.
