Great tour... Beautiful property. I can wait to become a resident.

Pretty good overall. Neighbors stay to themselves. Its a new community so everything is clean. The only concern I have is that the heat feels like the a/c the first couple of minutes it turns on. Maintenance told me that it just takes a while for the heat to get up to the third floor. I can also hear everything that is happening below and beside me. Very thin walls, other than that the staff is excellent and kind.

The apartment is ok. Parking is horrible. Management is not particularly honest.

Reading reviews about rude residents, I havent had one issue whatsoever all my neighbors are nice and respect typically a very quiet neighborhood. Its apartment living so of course theres going to be some noise heard from neighbors but nothing out of the ordinary. Super nice and helpful management

Pros: The apartments look nice and are brand new. Office staff is nice. Cons: Poorly constructed. Walls and ceilings are very thin. A lot of loud and unruly neighbors at all hours of the night. There seems to be an issue with trash not making it inside the dumpster.
