Need a place to place by April 30th

I've met a lot of awesome people here, and I'm grateful for that. But I hate it was under these circumstances. There are so many parents here who care nothing about what their 11 to 16 yr old kids do that it's all offset. They cuss, yell, touch each other, fight, and leave their garbage around that nobody ever picks up. I've literally sat in the car with my 7 year old for 45 minutes waiting for the office to come dispurse these terrible kids, half of which don't even live here. And to echo the other comments, the security officer is a total joke. One time I almost called the security officer about the language and volume, only to realize that the security officer is one of the ones contributing to the problem. The problem people must be his friend, because he'll just ignore your phone call before making the situation worse. On top of it, I was told today, when I asked about who cleaned up after these kids, that "well hopefully their parents come get it." This was from the head of maintenance This is a man who likes to yell at small children about wrist bands in the pool, yet doesn't have the balls to say anything to the nonresidents who hop the fence. Big man, there. For future tenants, I'm writing this in August of 2018. The decent people here are all leaving. So if you're reading this in 2019, it's probably gotten much worse. Beware. PS - to give you insight into our fine security staff. After acknowledging that the kids putting hands down other kids pants, dropping f bombs and n bombs, while not being technically authorized to be there because they didn't have fobs or wristbands .. I was told I could get over it or move. Awesome job, dude. You've found your calling for sure

The people that work here arent respectful .

We have lived here 1 month... so hopefully over the next 11 months I will be persuaded to increase my rating, but for now it's a solid 1 star. The GOOD: Our 2 bed/2 bath apartment is spacious and nice. We do really love the space, especially the kitchen which is the largest apartment kitchen I've ever had. I love my garden tub. The BAD: Maintenance sucks. Seriously. When we moved in the microwave didn't work. We put in a request and 10 days later still didn't have a replacement. After making 3 separate trips to complain we were finally given a countertop model to use until they replaced the overhead. 3 days later they finally replaced it but left the countertop model for another 2 days. Over 2 weeks for a microwave?! Pretty sure you can rebuild a car engine faster. They also like to leave a note letting you know they are coming to do some sort of maintenance (filters, sprinklers, etc) but dont show up until 3 days later.... Rather inconvenient when they expect that you keep pets contained but dont show up when they are supposed to. I think my animals have been crated 3 of the 4 weeks we have lived here- they don't like it and neither do I. The water pressure... it's terrible. Dishwasher and washing machine take forever to run and heaven help you if you have thick hair- you'll never get the shampoo out. Not a fan of the "included entertainment package." Internet is decent and channels are okay but for the $117 required addition to the rent it's totally not worth it. Also, you cant use the Spectrum app to watch on your phone because you don't have an individual login as it's a community account. A 3 hour phone call with customer service tonight confirmed it's a known issue. The UGLY: While we have met some really nice neighbors the community itself is unpleasant, uncomfortable and not family friendly. Though children are supposed to be 15 years old to be alone at the pool there are young teenagers there alone each day; their language and actions are roug
