I have lived at this complex for almost 2 years. The cleanliness and resort style living is fantastic! This gated community is surrounded by a quiet and tranquil wooded area that can be enjoyed by an astonishing 4 dog parks! After enjoying that, the pool is in its own class of awesome. Stamped colored concrete with plenty of comfy chairs and cabanas with TVs music and lit up water streamers, is this a home or a vacation? Ever since I fell in love with this place and their awesome staff, I can't think of living in another place.

The Grove at Kernersville has really spacious apartments and a well kept landscape. The gym and facilities are well maintained, and all the staff have been helpful and friendly. The apartments are isolated in a rural part of town, but are less than 15 minutes away from local grocery store and shopping. A little on the pricey side, but they are still relatively new apartments!

The whors customer service bad employes, Always making complains dont recomend for nobody. Something happend in your apartment like whit anything you need pay for is really bad place dont recommend.

I feel that the quality of the grounds has decreased a bit in the 2+ years I've been here. Breezeways grounds are cleaned often and are unsightly at times. The noise of neighbors is not adequately addressed. Also, delayed response time on service requests. Added a work order in 3 days ago and have yet to have someone come and work on it.

As a whole staff is nice. Today I was sitting as the manager stood leaning toward me over the desk wrong tone to a tenant that approached asking for a solution. At least 2 apartments in my building are empty yet last night in rain I had to walk a few buildings over again AGAIN carrying food, work things and drinks that spilled. We need parking stickers, if someone has a secondary vehicle or scooter why not park it further away, why should I pay an extra $125 for a garage that isnt even in front of my building, shouldnt there be separate visitor parking . I was offered out of my lease. Seems extreme. I then have to pay for applications and moving again. I dont want to fight but other than paying for the garage or moving they offered no solutions saying all the apartments Ive managed are this way so, Ive never had this problem....whats the problem? The back side of the complex usually has open spots. Why when there are buildings? The places are clean, quiet enough, pet friendly, Ive given 2 great ratings but today I thought $1500 for a garage or I will break your lease for u seemed disrespectful. If guests parked out front, renters parked secondary cars further away instead of just sitting including scooters/motorcycles wed have enough for at least one car. Im not the only one to be upset. Im told this will never change. The answer Im given is were always 99% full. So it doesnt matter? Shouldnt management at least listen and consider alternatives? 24 apartments in a building with some being double or triple. First come first serve isnt fair when a motorcycle sat there all day and they have a car to park as well. Apparently, its in the lease but really? Cant we do something rational? Please begin by giving someone respect that enters with solutions and not just complaints.
