The physical layout in the apartment is well thought out. The kitchen is large with lots of counter space and plenty of cabinets; not your usual apartment. The laundry room is a walk-in with extra space for storage. The master bedroom, bath and closet are also very spacious. The finishes are beautiful, granite counter tops, cabinetry with brushed nickel pulls, and the laminate flooring in the living area and kitchen is very easy to keep clean.
We have always been homeowners and I would of never considered renting especially in an apartment community. Since we ran out of time securing a home purchase not knowing the area well my wife was 120% on board to live at Hawthorne. It is resort living (we relocated from Florida for career advancement) Went from over 5000 sq feet and pool to Hawthorne and am completely 110% happy. We now are living resort life in gated community with brand new amenities! We have stopped our new home search!
The staff is great. An even with the new construction still going on the grounds are keep nice.
The apartment interior design and finish is excellent, including 9ft ceilings, wood laminate floor, granite counters and giant bathrooms. The fitness facility is state of the art and includes both weight training and cardio equipment. It's been too cold to test the pool, but it looks amazing and we can't wait for spring/summer.
