We have been living in Briarcliffe for 6 years now and recently moved to a larger apartment within the community. They staff is always helpful and polite. They are a big part of why we have stayed so long. If we ever have an issue or concern, it is always handled quickly and efficiently. This community is also much quieter than others that we have lived in within Kernersville, which is always a positive. The location is super convenient as well.
This complex is very convenient to highways, shopping, restaurants and public services. I feel safe in the area and am very pleased with the maintenance and 24/7 on call repair.
Friendly staff and impressive unit. Well maintained and close to everything.
I have been having problem with my air. The maintenance guy has came 3 times. it is still not fixed. I am very unhappy with this.
I have enjoyed my time at Briarcliffe and I only gave a Good rating because as impossible as it may seem I would enjoy it more if people were somehow punished for not scooping after their pet. This I understand is time consuming and costly to pursue. I run a lot and as I run along I really dislike knowing that I will be smelling that as I run through our area. I do see people all the time walking their dog from one complex to mine to let that happen. It is just stupid they cant scoop.
