I have lived here for 3 years and love it. The staff in the office has been extremely helpful and maintenance too.
The down side is parking is horrible and there is a need for pine needles.

All the staff are helpful, courteous and go out of their way to make sure that everything is as it should be. Maintenance responds quickly to any requests and I always felt safe and secure and its just a relaxed place to live.

The staff are very professional yet friendly. It's a wonderful community, I've lived here before for 2 years rented a house for a year and have come back. The staff is amazing and it's like living at a resort instead of an apartment complex. The only drawback is parking. If there's a maintenance issue they are right on top of it. I highly recommend Integra Springs and the Property manager Marie is an asset to the company.
