***Millis and main is not a gated community.
We have lived here for 20 months in phase ll and the gate has been broken over half that time. In addition to the gate being broken, we have had to change out gate clickers 3 separate occasions and went months with key fobs not working to enter the walking gate.
Beautiful kitchens, with spacious closets and bathrooms. The addition of the laundry room is a good touch. They are very dog friendly, but it causes an issues with all of the dog "waste" in the grass fields.
Communication/front office is difficult. They are super friendly and I understand most things they may have their hands tied in regards of getting done. The return/communication could help in these areas when they cannot get things completed. Half a year went by to get a 2x3 pot hole fixed in the main entrance of the gate, emailed questions can go unanswered until a follow up email is sent, issues in your apartment are at times a quick fix and they re-occur, outer units dealing with a/c unit noise, 1st floor outer apartments dealing with water flooding in front of door during heavy rain. They do have the friendliest facilities person, Richard. He really helps cover up some of the issues by going out of his way to help you - he alone is a 5* employee.
Phase ll, is much quieter than phase l. Phase ll has many more older men and women who are working or grad students who are doing clinicals. Phase l, there will be more college students that cost more issues with parking and noise - you will not run into those issues in Phase ll. I would say choose wisely based off of that.
Amenities or nice for an apartment complex, but they are always down in some sorts. Outside of the weight room, the pools will randomly be offline for maintenance (in summer, when they could have been fixed during winter/early spring) and the 3 peloton bikes only have 2 subscriptions, so only 2 can be used at a time (it has been over a year since I mentioned this to them and still no fix).
I was there for touring . Everything looking nice just cannot afford the price.
