Worst management ever, when I lived there the apartment itself was overpriced to begin with, with multiple hidden fees such as being double charged to have Internet and cable so my cable and internet bill which was supposed to be 120 was actually 240+ every month not to mention the 100 for just water and sewage a month. I saw my 600 payment go up to 850. They definitely target your BAH here. Then upon moving out first I get accused at having a cat. This was a year after I reported a stain in the carpet during the move in process on a checklist and told that there was nothing they could do about it. Which upon moving out I found out it got marked out on the list and then I get accused of being the one that marked it out. Which makes no sense why I would mark my own writing out... So they decided that they had to replace the entire carpet for the apartment due to that stain that they knew was there upon me moving in and tried charging me 400 on top of my 250 deposit plus a pet fee. I go and speak with management and tell them I won't pay that amount and that I will challenge it if necessary then get told it's an error and won't be charged. After I had already spent a day cleaning the apartment with nothing else wrong with it I see 11 dollars out of my 250 refunded back to me. This place is a nightmare and they trap you. Don't go here and make the same mistake I did. This place seems classy and nice on the outside but isn't worth it. I was paying around 850 with just the fees not to include electric for just a one bedroom apartment. Then again it's Jacksonville so I'm not surprised.
The only issue we have had is that our roof has been leaking since September 2013. Initially we had to move our bed so that it did not leak on it. We have made over ten requests since then to have it fixed and it is still not repaired. The roof continues to leak in our master bedroom and closet each time it rains and our ceiling is now covered in large, brown, unsightly water spots. We have been told that the roof will be repaired, but here we are almost a year later and nothing has been done. My likes and dislikes are: We like that it is close to the majority of businesses in Jacksonville, yet still feels safe. It is also close to several parks which is nice for families and pets.

I think the carpet should be replaced between each tenant. Mine wasn't and the person before me obviously smoked because all my belongings smell like stale smoke!! My likes and dislikes are: It is safe and the location is good. The staff is always friendly and helpful
