ABA Rental Properties

I rented from this company for 3 years, I would never rent from them again. The apartments are infested, they overcharge and do the bare minimum when it comes to work orders and maintenance. They would not give me my security deposit back and charged me for things that I wrote on my condition report. The customer service is horrible, they are rude and have a lack of communication skills. This company is by far the worst, I would not recommend!!

If you can find a place anywhere else, I highly recommend it. I had to break my lease early due to deployment orders and thats when the trouble started. From them having 4 different groups of over 3 people come into my apartment after the pandemic started, to charging $175 for 8 screw holes and $50 for lightbulbs and not being able to be present for the final inspection...it was a nightmare and Im so glad its over. If you plan on renting from them, make sure you document EVERYTHING and watch your back...they will charge you a fee for EVERYTHING.

I would not live here because this is an actual office. This building is where customers find apartments to live in. What I like about this property is it's in a area where it's not to far from shopping.
