Great place to live!!! The staff has been so courteous and friendly. They do a lot of parties for the residents and the amenities are finally open and awesome! I particularly enjoy the free breakfast buffet each morning! I am in a 2BR and it's the perfect space for myself and my daughter.

Been meaning to post a review. After today, my review star rating went down. I love the amenities with the pool and breakfast. Mary Elise, Morgan, and Nancy have always been so helpful to me since I have been at Silver. I have been to the office on multiple occasions where the manager Lisa has walked right by me without speaking a word, had to wait til the other girls finished up with what they were doing to be helped. Well today was different,today Lisa helped me for once. Not just helped me, she walked me to the maintenance shack where we were alone closed in there while she cut me a new apartment key. She kept dropping the keys and bending over right in front of me where I felt so awkward and wanted nothing but to leave as soon as possible!!! Good thing i'm putting in my notice because i have never felt so uncomfortable in my life.

Dont let the impressive club house fool you. The apartment was just as noisy as my last apartment, which was almost half the cost. Throughout my lease, false information was provided. Not enough parking for some of the buildings. Before signing your lease, visit the parking lot after 9pm and see for yourself.
