Everyone is so friendly! Love that they embrace new ideas. I wanted to start a book club and they helped right away! They are always trying new events. This has been very nice for me as I am new to the area and have been able to meet people. The clubhouse is a great place to meet a friend and have a coffee!
Wonderful amenities, friendly staff, nice neighborhood. Close to everything necessary, quiet.
Is there such a thing as a "zero" star? If so then that is what I would give this place. Not luxury at all. Dark inside apartments with dim 60 watt light bulb. Cheap materials and dog poop everywhere you turn. Don't even think about breaking your lease, 4 months rent is the minimum. I'd rather stay in a jail.
Donuts, coffee, and resident events? Sure and those all come a dime a dozen at any community these days.

FIRST THING: if you like the "luxury" of paying rent online then don't live here. You are charged a HEFTY FEE for paying your rent ON TIME
Prior to moving here, we thought one thing (nice grounds, courteous staff, quiet) NOW we know the truth. The focus is to get units filled and grab every extra dime possible, rather than giving actual, genuine customer service; a reasonable exchange, I'd think, for this hefty rent. And good luck getting responses to emails or phone calls in a timely manner, IF AT ALL. We had two or three simple fixes that we communicated during initial walk-through. One week later, still waiting and were told "SURE - we'll get to them very shortly." After 5 weeks, we ended up fixing the items ourselves. Simple fixes, but a sure bummer.

There seems to be a poor level of value placed on honoring services and amenities that have been promised. Services and amenities that are totally in the control of the team to provide outside the excuse of new construction. There is no pride in the quality of service ....for example the team shows a resident our value by perceiving the task of providing breakfast in a negative way ...actions speak loud with the leftover juices-expired fruit -leftovers from week before
