Very friendly staff, I feel welcome to ask them anything and they will help. Good community. It's a new apartment complex so its been pretty quiet for the most part since I have no adjacent neighbors at the moment. Probably one of the best apartments I've lived at.
They had short term leasing and was very friendly and clean.
The staff at NorthPoint are friendly and helpful! However, if you enjoy being able to park and walk inside, you won't get that here. Parking is the only complaint I have about this place. If you park past 8pm weekday or weekend, you'll most likely have to walk past 2-3 buildings to get to your apartment. No progress has been made to fix this issue, which I'm guessing cannot be fixed because there are not enough spaces near each appartment building.
We were a little disappointed that it has taken so long to get the clubhouse open, but overall we are very satisfied.
I absolutely do not like the fact that the only tv, telephone and cable options are with Northstate. Their service and customer service is terrible as well as their fees are not competitive. Their viewing options are limited as well as pricey.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
