Very friendly staff, I feel welcome to ask them anything and they will help. Good community. It's a new apartment complex so its been pretty quiet for the most part since I have no adjacent neighbors at the moment. Probably one of the best apartments I've lived at.

Ive been waiting for this lease to be up for about 10 months to light this review up like a Christmas Tree! So to the young lady at the office (who is a manager now) that asked me to write a review with out introducing yourself as I came from the computer lab....here it is. The staff changes like underwear around this place. So heaven forbid you have a question or need something done.Last week I went in to turn in my notice on saturday(the only day I can physically get to the office). They stick the new guy up there By Himself to answer none of my questions(not his fault). Parking is un freakin believable! So ladies if you have kids and you get home after dark....prepare to walk a distance and watch your back! When we first moved in, our lovely neighbors upstairs had been dropping cigarette butts on the ground. The first day there, I let the office know it wasnt us right away. Except they never recorded it. Two months letter we got threatened with a fine. When I went to the office to talk to someone they all stared at me like dear in headlights and acted like they knew nothing. The manager said that because they were in the grass they had to be ours. They never asked us.... but they sure did ask our neighbors. My boyfriend had a second car that he parked by the pool where no one EVER PARKS (in the back row by the pool)they towed his car. But that motorcycle in front of this building is still there(the one thats been sitting there since the day I moved in last year). Oh and today I was hung up on in mid sentence because my. Words were slurred and I thought you hung up after I explained at the beginning of the call I just had my wisdom teeth pulled. No I cant go up there right now and yes I already went up there.I could keep going about the walls that dont touch the floor, so heaven forbid your appliances flood like mine from one room to another... UNDER THE WALLS! But Im running out of Characters! Just dont waste your time!

Last year we struggled with a disconnected, impersonal manager focused on rules more than treating residents like this was our home. Recently the management company heard our concerns and the office staff has been swapped out for more competent, personable and cheerful team members. Since then it's become a much more enjoyable experience when needing to ask the management staff for help with anything.

The units are gorgeous and have the most open floor plan I've ever seen. The room (and bathroom) sizes are impressive as are the closets. First floor units also offer the option for sealed concrete floors which I've fallen in love with. The property is right off 68 but is surprisingly quiet. We're also just a few minutes from multiple grocery and shopping locations as well as major arteries like Bryan Blvd and I-40 so you can get pretty much anywhere in Greensboro in 10-15 minutes.

The property is well kept and the maintenance staff are always on point, patient and professional - even if you don't let them in your apartment when you're not home like I do and you keep messing up their schedule doing routine maintenance. (Thank you guys!) The common areas are kept clean and the staff are good at reminding people to treat them with respect so they stay that way. Overall this is a fantastic place to live.

The worse managed complex in the area, but they will provide bogus 100% recommendations by deleting the poor reviews. RE Carroll has to be the worst when it comes to "rule by fees, fines and overpay at all cost. The local and regional management get back to you weeks later if ever! l live in the back near the dumpster, at 1G(arbage), each weekend the garbage piles to unsanitary level, the open food bags make it not only a deplorable situation but the smell is pungent! The manager could care less, she is limited to her power, but the District person never contacts you, even though she lives on property! The gated community has never been really "gated" because one or both is always broken. I guess seven car break-ins were the residence fault, everything seems to be!

The staff at NorthPoint are friendly and helpful! However, if you enjoy being able to park and walk inside, you won't get that here. Parking is the only complaint I have about this place. If you park past 8pm weekday or weekend, you'll most likely have to walk past 2-3 buildings to get to your apartment. No progress has been made to fix this issue, which I'm guessing cannot be fixed because there are not enough spaces near each appartment building.
