Maintenance people are terrific - take care of things with good care and they are friendly and good to talk with.

Awful place, roach infested. Apartment management won't even pay to get a good cockroach treatment plan.

We have had bug problems and have asked for exterminator to come out one time it took 7 weeks before they came and sprayed. Was suppose to spray last Friday didn't show up and haven't been here today. Every time our least comes up for renewal we have asked for carpets to be cleaned in heavy traveled areas has not been done.

The reason behind this rating is because when there is a problem with situations in this complex a letter is sent out - MANY TIMES - but nothing is ever done according to what the lease agreement says will be done.
