Worst Place I have ever lived!
I would not recommend living here. We were approved and when we moved in we walked thru the apt and filled out a work order for things that were not right. There was no screen on the sliding glass door or back window. The security light above the door was full of bugs and did not provide light. The dishwasher did not work. These were never taken care of. I have pictures of the landscape around the buildings from the time we moved in to the time we moved out. I will try to upload them to a different site review. The landscape is awful compared to what they show on this site. The office staff was not readily available when called and very slow if any in following through with our needs. The apts are old and surroundings are unsafe.
Cloisters & Foxfire had everything I was looking for in an apartment but the staff was very unprofessional. I was denied me off a false income because I clearly met the requirements but they failed to review my pay stubs I emailed them. Once I asked how this problem could be resolved the staff seemed uncaring and unwilling to help. It seemed like a very nice place to live for anyone but it's clearly ran unprofessionally.
don't move here apartment is full of bugs office staff does not care
first apt in decades and now I know why I despise apt living but this is the worst yet unless u like places w/no OVERHEAD LIGHTS, no medicine cabinet in the bathrooms and no OUTLETS! man, this is stupid! ofc staff is understaffed, phones always on record, interested only in filling the place and forgetting those already there. hallway and steps cleaned only once in the yr I've been there and I've cleaned them twice! don't enforce the complex rules and no body follow thru w/complaints. but most of all is that I overpaid my rent 4x's and nobody told me or thought it strange enough to contact me of the overpayment and stuck it on my ledger as CREDIT! smh! nope, not good. only 2 working phone jacks and had to have one installed. nope, apt living is not my cup of tea! move in at your own risk! sheesh!
