I lived at the Pointe for about a year and a half and I had a great experience. Overall the community is pretty quiet and relaxed. My neighbors were awesome, the office staff was friendly, and maintenance was very polite when entering my apartment to complete service requests. I would definitely recommend the Pointe to incoming professionals.

I contacted the property looking for a home for myself & children. I had questions & they provided me with much appreciated, fair & honest answers- and in a timely manner. Makes me think if I had a housing issue that needed attention, I would get a fast response & quick resolution. It's nothing worse than paying your hard earned money to someone who just takes your money & leaves you in limbo looking stupid with the same old issues! People who cherish the security and safety of their families appreciate properties and renters with a sense of urgency tagged to them. Thanks guys for such a fast response to my few questions & for responding at all!

This place loves to keep jacking up your rent each year saying something about market value, yet they fail to maintain the property. Pools are not cleaned and board of health is here every couple of weeks, they don't clean rest rooms in pool area, or empty garbage. You have to call them to empty dog stations and replenish bags. They like to come in your apartment without your permission and don't date memos so they can argue when you receive notices. What they need is new staffing here that will maintain the property and stop treating long time residents like they have no rights. Will be moving when my lease is up.

I would be cautious in considering this complex. It looks like a nice upscale complex but my daughter moved there about a year ago. She immediately had to deal with a roach infestation. There has been moisture issues in her appartment and now she is dealing with termites. The day it was confirmed that the issue she discovered, which was a hole in the wall, was termites the main office called her to come discuss
her lease. She was nearing the end of the lease so I figured they were going to offer for her to go ahead and end the lease if she desired since they had termites so bad they had eaten a hole in the wall. Well that was not at all the case. They actually contacted her to tell her that since she had not given them a written notice three days earlier, she would be having to pay $200 extra since she planned to not renew her lease. Really, with all their issues??? I have been extremely disappointed with the quality of this complex. Be cautious if you are considering renting here.

Very friendly staff. Excellent location and close proximity to all major outlets and shopping centers. Very quiet and clean. Excellent sized rooms and modern.
