If you like to have your maintenance requests handled in a timely manner, or at all, dont live here. We have had many issues since moving in including being filthy upon moving in, A/C issues they refuse to fix, roach problems, dishwasher problems, door lock problems, washing machine problems that have still yet to be fixed, and more. They are slow to respond to requests (I'm talking weeks, not days). The younger guys seem incompetent when they do finally come to fix a problem. They seem to put Band-Aids on things rather than actually fixing the problem, which leads to more (and more serious) problems in the future. And they close out maintenance requests without completing them. With our most recent problem with our washer, the excuse as to why they haven't fixed it yet was because they have many AC and leak issues that have to take priority. I understand that AC issues and leaks would take priority. What I dont understand is why they have so many AC issues and leaks??? Maybe they need to be discussing some preventative measures and take care of requests before they become more of an issue. I have never had such slow responses or lack of care from maintenance in an apartment complex before. I know it is not entirely their fault as they take direction from the woman in the front office.

Currently a resident , The new managment company Monarch took over and Immediately raised rent , was asked to sign a new lease 4 months prior and did not offer to maintain a current rent unless another full year was signed. Or was offered a $200 month to month fee And $100 fee if I didnt sign. The propertier does have some upgrades , but it is an older property with alot of undeelying Issues, flooding, older flooring, older bathrooms , tile. No ceiling fans, electrical , plumbing issues, A/C duct issues. Not to mention one Garbage / recycling area For the ENTIRE community. Was forced to change my renters insurance. Which will be more costly individually from my current insurance. If I wanted a transfer due to my current apartments flooring that is older and my location is right in front of the community dump. I was asked to re apply to qualify to live here. Even though my rent has never been late. If I could move I would . My current situation now will make it a year until I can. I feel as a current and former good standing resident. I should have been allowed to move with just a transfer fee. Due to my flooring and view of the community dumpster , lack of the amenities in my apartment compared to some of the other locations on property. My rent should have at least stayed the same and not be compared to Greenville market rate and re apply to " Qualify " to live here to get a better location now that they are available.

Management is terrible. They care nothing about the residents. They claim to be under new management now, but I see the same faces.

Would not recommend. Poor management.
