Welcome to Signature Place Apartments located in the beautiful city of Greenville, North Carolina- the cultural, educational, retail, and healthcare center for all of eastern North Carolina. Our peaceful community is tucked within tree-lined edges and offers abundant green space, giving you the feeling of a private getaway while still being in one of Greenville's most desirable locations.
We are conveniently located across from the Vidant Medical Center, the largest employer in all of Pitt County - including, ECU's Brody School of Medicine and the brand new School of Dental Medicine. Just a quick stroll around the corner, you will find everything from a Starbucks and a trendy little frozen yogurt shop to a nice Italian eatery (CPW's), and a very popular Mexican restaurant (Mi Cabana). Stanton Square, the neighborhood shopping center, provides our residents with quick access to a Food Lion grocery store, Dollar General, Rite Aid, a dry cleaner, salon, and clothing store. There are also two ECU/Greenville bus stops, both within a few short steps of our community, which makes for easy living.

Idk but I am very anxious to know
My building is dirty from the outside, including windows and balcony and they have always been from the time that I arrived. The fixtures and kitchens are old and they show their age, the bathroom is in really poor condition including a leaky bathtub faucet. The apartments are cockroach infested and there is limited storage space on the 2 bedroom apartment (non-townhouse) units. I made my choice based on location, but now I know that I have to look harder for the next time I move.
Good location, nice area, nice dog park area. The grounds are kept nice. People are friendly. Right across from where I work.
While my husband & I are a lot happier than where we did live, it does take maintenance a while to get to our requests. Also, we were never contacted about the list we submitted from when we first moved in.
For somebody coming in from out of town I instantly felt like this was home.
