It is centrally located making it easy and quick to get to work and most other destinations. I gave it a "Good" rating as opposed to an "Excellant" because although we enjoy quite a few things about our home and community, what was once a really affordable rent and the best bang for our buck, has become much more costly than we had hoped for for the size of our dwelling. In our previous apart. it took about ten years for our rent to go up as much as it has in just the few years we've been here.
Good value; good management and maintenance staff; quiet and convenient location.
The playground needs some work as well as the landscaping in some areas, but overall, WestBorough is a great place to live, with a friendly office and maintenance staff, utilities included, and a wonderful location near everything.
My first official place on my own and I have really enjoy it!
Signing a lease here was a huge mistake. The apartment complex looks good on the outside, but don't be fooled. The apartments are extremely old and run down, not to mention overpriced for the condition they are in. I live on the first floor and can literally hear every single step the people above me take. The floors are extremely loud a creeky because of how old these apartments are. Something is always broken or needs repairs but sometimes maintenance straight up won't show up when you put in a work order. Also, the new office staff is extremely rude and off-putting. The online portal is down, and when I went to turn in my rent to the office and asked for a receipt the lady straight up rolled her eyes at me!! The staff here does not care about its residents. As soon as my lease expires I am moving out of here as fast as possible. Do yourself a favor and get an apartment elsewhere.
