It is centrally located making it easy and quick to get to work and most other destinations. I gave it a "Good" rating as opposed to an "Excellant" because although we enjoy quite a few things about our home and community, what was once a really affordable rent and the best bang for our buck, has become much more costly than we had hoped for for the size of our dwelling. In our previous apart. it took about ten years for our rent to go up as much as it has in just the few years we've been here.
Good value; good management and maintenance staff; quiet and convenient location.
They have done nothing about my loud neighbords and they invaid your privacy at all costs they can. Super imature highschool feeling with the people who work here. They drive through the grass thats how lazy they are. Those patios are only one building the rest feels like a hotel front of the door. No room for anything and its super generic inside. Dont expect the carpentry or plumming to be nice at all.
