I am in love with everything about this place. My family and I are looking for a 3 bedroom and this is perfect.
I don't recommend moving here, when I moved in literally nothing in the apartment had been fixed. I called and went to the office numerous of times and they all said the same thing that they would send someone in immediately no one ever came it got to the point where I had to call the city. They fixed up the outside just to charge more rent and doing nothing to the inside of the apartments. They changed the name to village 1373 but everyone knows the apartments by north winds. I don't recommend moving over here but I do understand that sometimes you may not have other choices. So it's basically at your own risk. It makes you rate the apartments with a star if I could I would give it 0 stars

Disrespectful, insensitive, and incompetent leasing staff. The managers dont look to resolve any issues. Very disrespectful with rent paying tenants. They do the absolute bare minimum. They will lie straight to your face with no good reason at all. Cant keep any consistent staff no consistent office hours. They take forever to fix things that go wrong in the apartment. Every other week they are turning off the water with no notifications or sending out ones way after the fact . Cant tell you the last time they sprayed for bugs. They will give numbers to corporate that dont even work. They are very slow with any paperwork, work orders, anything you need them to do. Ive had the worst experience over here definitely will never stay over here again or suggest to anyone to stay over here not even my worst enemy.
Mgmt has nasty attitudes. You never get same info from staff and they never fix maintenance issues
