I love this place. Its very clean, I havent had any issues. The front desk people are amazing. The maintenance work is normally completed the day the request is put in and everyone is extremely nice and respectful. I suggest living here. I love it.

I wouldnt recommend this play for the amount they charging . Its not worth the constant problems I had to endure. I had a issue and no one contacted me about me basically saying they dont care. For 900 plus dollars a month I can live somewhere more upscale and where management take their residence seriously

They deserve negative stars for all the crap they are putting me through. Please do not move here theyll tell you one thing and say and do another. Make sure you take pictures of the documentation you sign because here thats probably going to magically disappear. I ended my lease early and was told I would have to pay a termination fee of two months rent on top of my prorated rent which the fee wasnt in my lease at all. When I asked where it was in the lease no one could tell me. So now theyre stating I owe an additional two months rent on top of that. I filled out the paperwork and its no where to be found. But I have the emails from Duke Energy where they took the account out of my name and put it back in the communitys name a month before I moved out. When I asked about the charges and why I am hearing about them now after I want to pay the previous balance they state it was because someone made a mistake and they are no longer with the community. Corporate was supposed to reach out to me regarding the disputes and I have yet to hear back. I state again DO NOT MOVE to these apartments. You will come to REGRET it. This is the WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!

Run as you can, they have treated me wrong. I had mold in my apartment, and accused me of putting something down the toilet. Find somewhere somebody will treat you right.

Building 11 is INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES, WHEN IS THIS GOING TO BE DEALT WITH? ALL RESIDENTS IN EVERY UNIT HERE HAVE ROACHES COMING OUT OF VENTS, CRACKS, LIGHT SOCKETS... EVERYWHERE. And our apartment had roaches BEFORE WE MOVED HERE, SO YALL KNEW ABOUT THIS ALREADY BECAUSE THE OTHER RESIDENTS TOLD US THEY HAVE CALLED SND TOLD MANAGEMENT ABOUT THIS ISSUE. YOU ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED IF YOURSELVES. OUR CHILDREN LIVE HERE AND WE CAN'T EVEN COOK MEALS WITHOUT BUGS CRAWLING ON EVERYTHING WE OWN. 700$ A MONTH FOR A THIRD WORLD CONDITION APARTMENT. DISGUSTING.
