Building 11 is INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES, WHEN IS THIS GOING TO BE DEALT WITH? ALL RESIDENTS IN EVERY UNIT HERE HAVE ROACHES COMING OUT OF VENTS, CRACKS, LIGHT SOCKETS... EVERYWHERE. And our apartment had roaches BEFORE WE MOVED HERE, SO YALL KNEW ABOUT THIS ALREADY BECAUSE THE OTHER RESIDENTS TOLD US THEY HAVE CALLED SND TOLD MANAGEMENT ABOUT THIS ISSUE. YOU ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED IF YOURSELVES. OUR CHILDREN LIVE HERE AND WE CAN'T EVEN COOK MEALS WITHOUT BUGS CRAWLING ON EVERYTHING WE OWN. 700$ A MONTH FOR A THIRD WORLD CONDITION APARTMENT. DISGUSTING.

We apologize for the inconvenience. If you would like to come by the office so we can go over the procedure and the status of the treatment that the building is under. As well as to get more information on how to help on your end. We do encourage residents to let us know when they come across situations with their apartment as soon as possible. Whether it is a maintenance request or insect issue, we would like to get issue resolved as soon as we can. Thank you!

I enjoy living here. I never hear my neighbors through the walls or ceiling. Anything that has been broke has been fixed within an hour of reporting it to maintenance. The only problem I have is that I wish there was assigned parking. Neighbors and their guests often take the parking in front of my apartment and I have to park across from my own home. However, aside from that my husband and I love it and plan to stay here for a few years.

Prices quoted are very misleading. Leasing agent sounded like she wasn't trying to sell apartments at all. Very disappointed. This was one of the first places I looked at.
