- We welcome up to 2 pets per apartment home, with the exception of our Allergy-Free building. Breed restrictions apply. No weight limit. We accept cats and dogs. There is a $15 monthly pet rent. There is also a $300 one time pet fee for up to two pets (non-refundable). Please call our leasing office for complete pet policy.

Small, quiet neighborhood. Management/staff can manage small community well.

The complex is quiet and gives you a sense of security. The location is good; it takes about 5 minutes to get to the highway and it's located near quite a few restaurants. The staff is always courteous and friendly. The 24 hour onsite fitness center & walking trail are also good features of the complex.

I have been here going on 4 years now and I do really enjoy it here, if I ever have a problem they fix it or will fix it right away.
