The amenities and staff attention are great. We also have excellent neighbors.
Management gives you the run around. You have to call 2-3 times and even email just to get something done. Chase was the only good person in management (and he quit). Parking is HORRIBLE if you live at the bottom near 3205 & 3207. If at all don't move into those units because you have to walk about 3-4 buildings to get to yours. Apartment itself was great except there isn't any storage space for towels and things like that. Lived here 2 years. The basketball court is a plus. Apartment isn't worth the amount of rent you pay ($900+) especially since management claims this is the biggest complex.
I've been living out here in The Gardens at Anthony House and my experience has been nothing less than wonderful. The staff in the main office is wonderful, pleasant, and takes care of all of my needs and concerns that I may have. And the maintenance team: Heaven sent! They handle anything that goes wrong in my apartment and also takes the time to educate on preventing certain things from happening again. I have moved from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom and both apartments were spacey and well layed out. I plan on continuing to live at the Gardens until I purchase a home.
I really love it here. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and updated. And the staff is very friendly.
Pleasant overall. I would love to pay less, however, I would describe my living experience as great.
