I have lived here for over a year, and I have had a great experience. Despite its size, the community is clean, quiet, and my neighbors are friendly. The front office staff is quick to help, and my maintenance requests are handled. I love the location both for its green spaces (park and greenway within walking distance) and quick access to Battleground, Bryan, and the interstate. My only complaint is that other people can ruin shared services, like bringing glass into the pool area or improperly disposing of trash in the recycling receptacle. In my opinion, management has not done enough to notify and warn residents of policy violations before shutting off the amenity to everyone, as they did when they abruptly removed the recycling bin without notifying residents that trash was being dumped there or closed the pool after emailing a warning. I know it's a hard battle to fight with such a big resident population, but I think communication requires more than one email-- or no email, as in the case of the recycling-- before removing a shared amenity. Flyers in community spaces, "best practices" posted at the pool and recycling area, notices in mailboxes or on doors, etc. would have all been further attempts to address the issue. In the grand scheme of things, it's disappointing but not a deal-breaker, and I'd happily refer anyone to the apartment complex.

Rude condescending office staff. Disgusting poorly maintained grounds. Overpriced and unexplained charges monthly. I hate this place I regret signing a lease with them! I urge you all to stay away.
