PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL PLACE. THEY NEVER FIX ANYTHING, NEVER DO ANYTHING TO HELP THE RESIDENT AND ALWAYS HAVE AN ATTITUDE WHEN YOU ASK FOR SOMETHING. No Ac for months, parking lot floods, no lighting in the breezeway, cabinet doors falling apart, fridge came with no shelves, and Im paying top shelf price for this sh1thole

Disappointing and Deceptive The 1 star is because the neighborhood itself is very quiet and family oriented. I like that. Please dont be fooled by the up keep of the outside. Just like people its whats on the inside that matters. This was the worse move in experience ever. From day one of my move in date I have been lied to and taken advantage of . I had to move twice at my own expense. The apartment I was promised on the day I was suppose to move in. I was told hours before it wasnt ready. When I finally moved in The models that I was shown, the things that I was told would be in my Mid Renovated apartment were all lies this place was not move in ready and trying to get things fixed in the 2 months that Ive been here have been a nightmare. I have gone through the holidays not being able to use my dishwasher because of black mold, no heating elements in my oven. Simple things such as light bulbs, washer for my faucet. I cant even get replaced and its been 2 months. I have sent email after email and they will not respond. I have talked to management face to face and nothing has changed. They did finally put the molding down around my floors but that was a botched job. I do have pics and videos of before/after. These things shouldnt even be an issue. I just moved in! I have been very patience which maybe the wrong approach because then they will just ignore you. As I said before the neighborhood itself is great. When it comes to the way this property is managed very disappointing. I feel like Ive been scammed because they have no problem getting their rent of course but I have none of the things I was promised and I cant even get things repaired and I just moved in 2 months ago. Sounds like a scam to me. And its sad because this complex could really be a great place to live. Be Very Very Careful if youre considering moving here. Hopefully I will be able to comeback soon with a positive update but I wouldnt count on it. Carla

My fiance and I moved in to these apartments a month ago and they have been awesome! I feel like it is super easy to get ahold of the desk and they are very polite and attentive to our needs. When we first moved in, we had a problem with our water heater not lighting. we called and maintenance was at our apartment within 25 minutes. Connor was awesome and very quick to help us out when we called him to ask about the apartment and availability. The employees here have been very reliable and our apartment is very clean. We haven't had any issues with our place at all.

When I arrived, Gabi reassured me that the apartment was very nice. That it had been cleaned professionally. That the only issue was the ceiling. She kept saying she wanted to be "upfront" and not have me "upset about anything". I realize now, this was a case of passive aggression and gaslighting for what I experienced next. The apartment was DISGUSTING! The living room ceiling warping and falling in was the *LEAST* of my concerns: - There was a LIVE WASP nest over my patio door. - It didn't look like anyone had cleaned in the apartment at all. - Seasonings were still in the cabinets. - Insects (large & small) were flying and crawling around in multiple rooms. - *STICKY* stains were on the counters. - The bathtub looked like the dirt and grime was left from the last person. - The floor appeared to have never been swept or mopped. It seemed not much was done from the last person who lived in there. The *only* thing that was cleaned with the stove and refrigerator. When I brought these things to Gabi's attention, she attempted to throw it back in my face that I asked to move my things in WHEN MY LEASE WAS TO MOVE IN ON THIS DATE! She acted as if she was doing *me* a favor when my apartment was *NOT* ready by the date agreed upon. When asked if this could be rectified in any other way (professional cleaning, offering me a different unit, decreased rent, pushing my date forward to accommodate necessary renovations, etc.), it was decided to terminate my lease: releasing me from the contract. That spoke VOLUMES about the culture of this complex. This screams of dishonesty and a culture of getting over on people who need a place to stay. All I can say is that I'm glad that I have other places to stay, but I hate it for the next person they attempt to get over on with such heinous rental practices. Please make sure to watch your back when pursing this property.
