I love my 1 bedroom apartment. Repairs handled quickly and efficiently. Personal in the office very friendly especially Sidney. Rent reasonable. Great storage

This place is roach infested. Unprofessional staff as well. Its not worth 950 a month for two bedroom one bath.

Don't have much to say however the apartments to look good or clean it look good from the road and look forward to one day live in there

I did not enjoy my experience. In fact, I loathed it. The customer service and level of professionalism with staff is not good. Maintenance issues were constant and they were not very responsive to the complications I had such as my tub filling with sewage, my refrigerator going out, the lock on my door being installed incorrectly and me getting locked out of my apartment as a result of inept staff. Would never recommend. New staff, organization, professionalism, and actual concern for residents who pay money to live here would be a start for improvement. Additionally, the complex claims luxury when it is far from it. The apartments are old and in need of serious renovation outside of the quick thrown together renovations that have been done for a profit.

One can walk for groceries pharmacy banking. Easy access to the 40. Plenty of parking. Beautiful pool and walking paths. Well maintained lawns.

I DEFINITELY would NOT recommend this apartment complex to anyone. I was approved and had a move in date for 5/31. My rental rate changed five times. My deposit amount changed three times. They were dishonest about amenities included. My apartment was NOT ready on move in date. Oh and they never answer their phone and some office staff are rude and abrasive.

I wish I had contacted you earlier enough, it would have been much better. and I would have made a lot of profits by now. I didn't believe it until I made my first payout of $7,140 after taking a risky start-up investment of $600. I recommend the maintenance and Mr J …. He’s a great asset to that company and bc of how highly I heard past residents speak of him that I then decided to move here . This is the type of person who needs to head the property here . His peoples skills are excellent ( obviously I moved here bc of how word got around about his great care for residents ) I don’t know anyone else in that office and they aren’t a topic in our neighborhood . Wish I cld mention them yet is residents don’t know them as we do Mr. J . We appreciate his hard work , having friends who stay over here now and to hear how you’ve helped us is something we are grateful for . Thanks again for making our stay here a great one . Update - 9/8 2021 I had a plumbing issue that needed immediate handling . I got off of work at approximately 3:00 pm and called the office at 3:05 . Property Manager answered and quickly assed my issue . By 4:00 the issue was solved !! Talk about a speedy resolve !! Very thankful for the fast response by the property manager and maintenance.

I have been a resident here for ten years and I love it. The staff is friendly professional and always helpful. The apartments and grounds are well maintained and you are close to all kind of restaurants shopping and colleges. It a great place to call home.

I didn't have a bad experience there. It was good until I needed to move and the old management staff was not flexible. Had a much better experience with the new management. As far as the apartment it was maintained well. When I had issues it was resolved in a timely matter.

Westborough Apartments has been an awesome place to live. Since day one, the staff has been a pleasure to talk to, whether dealing with a maintenance issue, turning in rent, or any other time we've talked. Maintenance has been responsive whenever I needed help, even if during "off hours" (for emergencies). I also have made friends with other residents here at Westborough; it's wonderful knowing that I live in a complex with people I want to hang out with. Westborough has definitely earned five stars from me!

I've written previous reviews before because we've been here for so long and through the years I felt compelled to share. My family and I have lived here since 2010. We loved the tranquil setting and how centric Westborough was to everything. The office staff is wonderful and very accommodating. They are always quick to help in any way possible. Maintenance men are very nice as well. Dog park for the pooches is a plus. And of course a great perk is that cable is included in the rent. Can't beat that! Pool area is beautiful and serene. We get to enjoy it long after other complexes have closed theirs. We really enjoy living here and will stay until we buy a home of our own.
